If you return an item, unworn, unused and undamaged within 30 days of receipt (this is reduced to 14 days on sale goods), we will refund the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Sorry, but we're unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal.


Anita's House Furniture & Anita's House baby kit
Furniture can be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in the original packaging with all parts intact. Any furniture that has been assembled and is not in the original packaging is not eligible for refund unless it is faulty or damaged due to transit. If your furniture is faulty, we will arrange for a courier to collect it and will offer a full refund or deliver a replacement item to you free of charge.

Breastpumps

We have an unlimited returns policy on any breastpump you buy directly from Anita's List - we've got you! We know how important a pump can be and how fast time goes by when you have a newborn. So, if you've not used it and the box remains unopened, then just return it when you can and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. 

Any other product

Any other products that don't fall into the above categories and that are sold on our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in the original packaging with all parts intact. 

 

Gift certificates
Sorry, but gift certificates cannot be refunded even if they are not redeemed.


How do I return my unwanted item?
It is easiest if you email or call us first to start the process and to provide details. Then, usually just send the item back to us or return it to our offices together with your receipt or order number and let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund. When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will refund the amount you paid.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you ask for a receipt of postage when you post the items and that you ask for a signature for proof of delivery for any jewellery returns.
We will send you an email to let you know that your item has been received and the status of your return or exchange. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 4 weeks when we're very busy.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
