Shipping policy
Shipping and Handling
We currently only accept orders for shipment within the UK. Charges for delivery vary according to the size and weight of the goods. If you would like to have an item shipped outside the UK, please contact us for customised shipping quotes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
FREE Delivery
We offer free delivery within the UK for most products sold directly via our Online Shop, if the order value exceeds £30. If the item you require is in stock we will despatch it within 2-5 working days. Please allow about 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. All items are in stock unless it is clearly stated otherwise in the product description. There may be some items currently available but not yet ready for dispatch, in which case this will be clearly indicated the product's description. In such case, the order will only be sent out once all items in the order have arrived in the warehouse. Please see Split Delivery for more details.
Registry Orders
All products that are bought via Anita's List from a gift registry qualify for free delivery. We will arrange delivery with the registry owner directly, accommodating their desired delivery date as long as it adheres to our minimum lead times. If you have set up a registry with products from the Anita's List store, feel free to contact us beforehand to agree a desired delivery date at which we can deliver all products purchased off your registry in one go. Products purchased from one of our retail partners will be delivered separately to the registry owner and according to the retailer's delivery lead times.
Furniture Orders
Anita's House Furniture is normally made to order and it takes about 4-8 weeks for items to be ready for delivery, but we may have items in stock so please check with us directly and view the product page which will indicate its exact lead time. Shipment costs vary depending on size, weight and destination.
For overseas shipment, please contact us before you place your order for a customised quote.
We are a proud retailer of Oliver Furniture. Delivery lead time for all Oliver Furniture products is 2-3 weeks and products will be delivered via courier and potentially on a pallet, depending on the type of products ordered. All Oliver Furniture items qualify for free delivery within the UK.
When your order is ready we will contact you to arrange delivery or to let you know when your items will be shipped. Deliveries in the UK are fulfilled by courier and you will be able to track orders from your order page, or will be sent regular updates on the status of your shipment. Please allow about 2-5 Working Days for your delivery to arrive once it has been despatched. Please make sure that you are at home during the estimated delivery day and time as redelivery will incur an extra £45 on top of shipping costs.
Split Delivery
If an order contains items that are in stock as well as made to order items and items where stock is available but not yet in our warehouse, we will despatch all items in one go when they are available. Please place separate orders for stock items if you would like to have them despatched immediately, or contact us on + 44 207 371 5145 and we will be happy to help.
