Anita wore these knickers after the birth of both of her girls 24 and 21 years ago and they are still her top recommendation for all post-partum Mamas including C-section Mamas. Totally unglamorous but ridiculously comfortable, they hold a pad really snuggly in place so you never feel self conscious in the knowledge that there will be no leakages, they are washable and re-wearable and you'll never have a visible panty line with these either.
